Insurance Claims

If you are using insurance to cover your auto glass service:

You authorize us to contact your insurance provider on your behalf

You understand that we cannot guarantee coverage by your insurance provider

You remain responsible for any portion of the service that is not covered by your insurance, including deductibles

Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranty

Ace Auto Glass provides warranties on our workmanship and materials as specified in our service agreements. These warranties are separate from and in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

No waiver by Ace Auto Glass of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Ace Auto Glass to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any service agreements constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Ace Auto Glass regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.

Changes to the Terms
